We are proud to announce the addition of my parent’s herd to our Ranch Direct Beef Program. The demand for Silva Ranch Beef is high. We listened to our community’s request to bring more locally grown beef to your tables. BC Pombo Ranch mirrors the same low stress environment, never uses added hormones, and grazes the neighboring native grasses and irrigated pastures. My Father and I have built each of our herds’ genetics together with selective breeding. It was an easy choice to increase our volume harvested by adding the same high quality beef grown by the same family. Our Ranch Direct Beef Program is growing thanks to a supportive community that enjoys a freezer full of nutrient-dense, dry-aged, family ranch raised beef.
