Our family raises our herd with a love and passion for cattle and the land. We care for each beef animal in a low stress environment. Each steer is hand selected at the prime age and size for harvest. We use a local family mobile butcher to handle your beef with care. Silva Ranch beef is dry-aged for tenderness and concentrated beef flavor. We use a local family butcher shop we trust to dry-age, cut and wrap each cut with care and confidence. You pick up your beef directly from the butcher shop and stock your freezer with a nutrient dense protein source. Our family works daily to provide our community with nothing but the best.
